Our Wedding Story
We had the amazing opportunity to get married on March 4th, 2008 at Sunset on the beautiful island of Hawaii at the Hilton Waikoloa Village! We Thank everyone who was able to come, enjoy and share the festivities of our Wedding Celebration. It meant a lot to both Scott and I to have everyone there who was able to come. The wedding was the most beautiful wedding I could have hoped for. Everything turned out just as we envisioned.
When we got back, we enjoyed our honeymoon at the beautiful Marriott Mountainside Resort, where we were able to get in 4 great days of skiing. It was a total shock to us both though at how much snow still came down over the weekend we chose to go skiing. We ended up getting quite a few inches that weekend.
A few weeks after we got back we held a Wedding Reception up at Soldier Hollowon April 5th, 2008. It was a beautiful Spring Day. We were so happy to see how many people turned out for our reception. The Day Lodge where we had the Reception is where during the ski season, people go to check in to Cross Country Ski. The ski season had closed a few days earlier so the Lodge was available for rent. We had amazing views over the Heber Valley. It made for an absolutely wonderful night. It was great seeing everyone again and meeting the new people we hadn’t met. And Thank You to everyone for your generosity. It is all greatly appreciated.
Even though our Wedding Festivities are over, we have only begun the story of our lives together. Both of us are looking forward to whatever our life together brings us. We love you all and Thank You!
